TowMech is a platform that connects Customers with towing and mechanic service Providers.
Your safety is important, and all users must follow these safety guidelines.
By using TowMech, you accept responsibility for making safe and reasonable decisions before, during, and after any job.
1. General Safety Principles
All users must:
- Stay alert and vigilant at all times
- Use good judgment when interacting with others
- Avoid risky environments where possible
- Report suspicious or unsafe behavior immediately
TowMech encourages responsible decision-making from both Customers and Providers.
2. Customer Safety Tips
Customers should:
- Confirm the Provider’s identity before allowing access to your vehicle
- Meet the Provider in a well-lit and safe location
- Keep personal valuables secured
- Avoid sharing personal details unnecessarily
- Never share your OTP or account password with anyone
- Use the TowMech chat/call options responsibly
- Cancel the job if you feel unsafe
If you feel in danger:

3. Provider Safety Tips
Providers should:
- Confirm the job details before traveling
- Avoid unsafe or suspicious locations
- Never request Customer OTPs or passwords
- Maintain professional conduct at all times
- Refuse service if the situation is dangerous or unlawful
- Avoid handling Customer valuables or personal items
TowMech is not responsible for disputes caused by unprofessional conduct.
4. Vehicle & Property Safety
TowMech recommends that:
- Customers remove valuable items from vehicles where possible
- Providers handle vehicles responsibly and avoid unnecessary damage
- Both parties document the vehicle condition if necessary
- Service work should only be done with Customer consent
TowMech does not guarantee the condition of vehicles, tools, or property during service.
5. Emergencies and Incidents
If an incident happens (theft, assault, damage, threats, fraud):
- Contact local emergency services immediately
- Preserve evidence (screenshots, photos, messages)
- Report to TowMech support as soon as possible
TowMech may assist with internal investigations but is not a law enforcement agency.
6. Identity Disclosure & Legal Requests
TowMech will only disclose user identity information:
- When legally required
- When a valid legal process is followed
- When the request is made through the correct official channels
TowMech will not release user identity information based on informal requests.
